What does it matter? The sister is also not blood related. I’m tired of game developers wanting to eat the cake and keep it whole. Step family is a cop-out, wanting to have the tag without actually committing to incest. You should either commit to actual incest or not include it at all.

There is No step-mother or mother sexual relationship with the MC. There is with the step-sister but, just like in real life, they point out that there is no blood relation so not really incest.
