Plot Summary
Refuge of Embers follows Harth, a young man living a peaceful life in a frontier village on the outskirts of civilization. However, as unexpected events unfold, he is forced to leave behind the simplicity of his homeland and venture into the grand city of Pyre. In this new and unfamiliar world, Harth must navigate complex relationships, politics, and intrigue while uncovering the secrets of his own destiny.
The game is a hand-drawn 2D visual novel, giving it a unique artistic appeal. While content has been slow to develop due to the custom artwork, recent updates have finally introduced intimate scenes, making it more rewarding for players.
