Outbreak: Aftermath is a story-driven adult visual novel set in a brutal post-apocalyptic world ravaged by a rage virus with no cure. You follow the protagonist from his childhood years on the dangerous roads, shaped by loss, survival, and constant threats.

After years of hardship, you finally reach Oren — a rare safe haven with walls that offer protection from the infected. However, safety is an illusion.
